Make-up/Hair/Nails/Brows
Come in with your make-up, hair, nails, and eyebrows
ready and in a style that matches your personality or outfit.
Your body in part or whole will appear in the images and
unprepared eyebrows and nails can affect your satisfaction
with the end picture result. If you want to have a perm/facial
have it done least two days prior.
Clothes
Women: Have two to four of your favorite outfits prepared.
When choosing lingerie, form fitting, under wire and
push-up styles make the best choices. Additionally, for
lingerie shoots, you may want to invest in a black thong
and high heels for a classic look.
Men: Bring in your favorite shirts and pants. A pair of black
shoes/socks and jeans go well when using a plane white
shirt. Avoid logo's as in a few years the picture may be
dated because the company went out of business or the
logo no longer appeals to you.
Glasses
If you want to wear your glasses in the session, you
will want to borrow a set of empty frames from your
eye doctor as lenses can affect the picture resolution
on/around the faces. Contact lenses
present no problems.
Props
Be creative. Your photo session will be more
personalized with the addition of a special item of
your own or one from your partner. Fresh flowers, a favorite
shirt and sports clothing make for excellent props.
Tan Lines
Because tan lines are difficult to blend avoid sun
exposure before your session. If you like the tan look -
sunless tanning creams are our suggestion. (For more
intimate photo sessions it is extremely important to follow
this guideline.)
